Return Policy

 If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, please get in touch.

We offer a seven-day cooling off period for items purchased in the Gottarelli Foundation, and 14 days for items purchased online.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Your account will be credited upon inspection of the returned artwork, providing there is no damage to the artwork or frame.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the painting. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and Problems

 If your package arrived with damage to the outside of the packaging be sure to take photos of the unopened package.  If the merchandise inside the package is damaged, take photos of that.  Email those pictures to fondazionegottarelli@gmail.com.  

In the case that there is any damage to the piece upon receiving it, Gottarelli Foundation must be notified within that 24 hour period by email and pictures of the damage must be attached. The Gottarelli Foundation cannot take responsibility for damage noted after this period.

 Wrong Item Shipped

 You have three (3) business days to report that we shipped you the wrong item.  Take pictures of the item and email them to fondazionegottarelli@gmail.com.

 Please note that refunds are only applicable to the value of the piece, and do not include delivery or return shipping costs.

 If all of the item(s) are returned within the stated time period, in the same condition as it was when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the item purchase price (international shipping and return postage will not be refunded)
