SHIPMENT POLICY

Shipping

We provide free global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world.

Each painting shipped worldwide, will be carefully packed, and accompanied by its authenticity certificate on photo, issued by the Tonino Gottarelli Foundation. All Paintings are unique art piece and non-reproducible works.
All artworks created on paper, unframed, will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, they will be shipped rolled in a rigid tube for graphics.

The paintings on canvas or framed drawings are shipped already mounted on the frame.

 Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.

 Processing and Transit Times:

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS - Ships within 1-3 business days / then 2-5 days delivery time in Italy, and 4-9 days for International orders. 

ORIGINAL DRAWINGS on PAPER/PRINTS - Ships within 1-3 business days of order / then 2-5 days delivery time in Italy, and 2-4 days for International orders.

Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks).
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. 

 Customs

Customers may have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

Please be aware duty, vat and/or taxes may be assessed as per the laws and regulations of the destination country. Please check with your local postal carrier for more specific information. Recipients are responsible for payment of these potential fees.

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days and would thereafter arrive within 1-2 weeks to the Europe and in 2-3 weeks to North America. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks).
