Return Policy
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us.
We offer a seven-day return period for items purchased directly from the Tonino Gottarelli Study Center Foundation and a 14-day return period for items purchased online.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. The refund will be credited to your account after inspection of the returned artwork, provided there is no damage to the artwork or frame.
You will be responsible for returning the painting. Shipping and insurance costs are the buyer's responsibility .
Returned items will not be accepted without first requesting a return.
Damage and problems
If the package arrived with a damaged exterior, be sure to take photos of the unopened package. If the merchandise inside the package is damaged, take photos. Email the photos to fondazionegottarelli@gmail.com.
If the artwork is damaged upon receipt, theTonino Gottarelli Study Center Foundation must be notified within 24 hours by email, attaching photos of the damage. TheTonino Gottarelli Study Center Foundation assumes no responsibility for damage discovered after this time.
Wrong item shipped
You have three (3) business days to report that we shipped you the wrong item. Take photos of the item and email them tofondazionegottarelli@gmail.com.
Please note that refunds apply only to the value of the painting and do not include shipping or return costs. Paintings must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, free of wear or damage, with their certificate of authenticity and original packaging. The Gottarelli Italian Art Foundation will examine the work to verify its originality and integrity before issuing a refund. Original paintings are considered final sales and are not subject to exchange. EXCHANGES ARE NOT MADE.
If items are returned within the specified time frame, in the same condition as when shipping and within the scope of the indications described above, you will receive a full refund of the item's purchase price (international shipping and return costs will not be refunded).
